happy birthday!

Last week, my dear friend, Carrie Anne had a milestone birthday that could not go unrecognized in spite of Halloween madness. Hence, a few friends and myself threw together a little soiree at my house complete with a few of Carrie Anne's favorite desserts. The carrot cake with pecan cream cheese frosting was too-die-for as were the pumpkin cookies with caramel frosting.

A party would not be complete without coordinating cake flags, favor labels and water bottle labels. Each guest went home with a bag of homemade caramel popcorn.
