coconut macaroons

I like to make coconut macaroons for my neighbors and friends at Christmastime. I try to come up with new ways to package them every year – red tin cans, bakery boxes and cellophane bags, to name a few. This year my mom suggested using the clear boxes that we use to package Blonde Designs stationery. This could be the best idea yet! I love how nicely the cookies are displayed in these boxes. Merry Christmas Eve!

i'm loving clear boxes lately too!! i put some chocolate chip cookies in clear boxes to package them up and they looked amazing.

although, i have a hard time finding clear boxes. where do you get yours?

Great presentation!

I made cookies (probably close to 1,000) to give as gifts for friends and relatives and ended up giving them in some xmas-themed plastic tins I found at Walmart.

Anyone receiving these macaroons would have been pretty happy!
