rock necklaces
We continued our rock projects into another day's craft, making simple rock necklaces. These is a bit trickier than the pet rocks and may be more suitable for older children. I suggest using acrylic paints as the tempera paints will wash off. A very fine paintbrush is also key.
Start by gluing a jewelry fastener on the back of the rock; let dry and paint. When the paint has dried, string with ribbon.
