more freezer meal recipes

Freezer meals save my life. I've discussed my group previously here. Oh, I may complain a bit in the 1-2 days it takes me to shop and prepare my assigned meals but for the next 6-8 weeks, I am so happy to have a stocked freezer that the initial prep work is more than worth it.

Many of you have asked for more tried-and-true recipes. My favorites have become ones that are basically meat marinades. Just click on the image below. Enjoy!

Thanks! I love the enchilada recipe you shared earlier; I have one in my freezer now. We even made a dutch oven version on our recent camping trip. It was a hit!

Hi Angie,
Thanks for sharing these great freezer recipes! The Sloppy Joes sound yummy, but the assembly directions don't appear to go with the ingredients listed. Ground beef is listed, but the assembly directions say short ribs.
